Frequently Asked Questions

There are two ways we charge for services - by the hour or as a monthly retainer arrangement.

Hourly rates are $40 for the first hour and $20 for each half hour thereafter.  There is a one hour minimum per day for all concierge services.  Our time begins when we reach our first destination ex. your home or the location of your first errand.  We realize that some errands or home check-ins won't take a full hour, so we encourage clients to bundle their requests or let us suggest ways we can assist you to get the most out of your time.  

Monthly retainers are offered at three levels:

$100 for Level 1 which includes: 

2 hours of service per month - used as full hours or one full hour and two half hours

Additional time: $35 per hour and $17.50 per half hour

$150 for Level 2 which includes:

3 hours of service per month - used as full hours or two full hours and two half hours

Additional time: $30 per hour and $15 per half hour

$200 for Level 3 which includes: 

4 hours of service per month - used as full hours or two full hours and four half hours

Additional time: $25 per hour and $12.50 per half hour

Clients who retain our on-going monthly service at any level will have priority access to scheduling services and phone access to a Concierge between 7am and 7pm Monday - Friday and 7am - noon on Saturday. Messages left at 804-450-3870 during those hours will be answered the same day. Texting is available in cases of an emergency outside of service hours.

Clients who retain our on-going monthly service at any level will also have access to our preferred contractors and additional service providers who are committed to timely, quality and fairly priced work.  NNC does not receive any compensation for referrals.  With prior scheduling, we are more than happy to meet contractors or deliveries you have arranged at your home. 

Concierge services benefit those with short term needs, such as help with a single project or errand AND those with on-going needs, such as weekly grocery delivery or regular check-ins at a vacation home or rental property.  

We serve our full time and part time neighbors with care and always strive to exceed their expectations. 

We are happy to help with almost anything, but here are a few things we aren't able to provide at this time. 

We don't transport people because of liability.  We are not trained or licensed to provide in home health assistance, though we are happy to visit with our clients.  We are not licensed to prepare food for clients.  We are happy to clean and tidy up as part of an organization project, but we are not a licensed cleaning service.

Yes, we have business liability insurance coverage to protect you and us.  We are happy to provide proof of coverage.
